The snowy suburbs of Moscow were sparcly filled. The icy roads had very few cars driving down them. A storm had just passed over hours ago, fresh snow still laid about. The ice in the alleys and road had started melting into puddles of water. Along one of the roads, on the sidewalk, was a tall, skinny looking young man. He didn't look anywhere over 30. He had a slim, pale stucture with light blue eyes. His black, silky hair matched his black jacket that was put on over a dark blue, skin tight sweater. He wore heavy jeans that fell over a pair of boots he was wearing. His stride was quick
